Elderly lady with swelling in the skull.

Gender: Female

Large right fronto-temporo-parietal skull lesion with soft tissue component growing on both sides of the skull showing involved skull permeation and marked enhancement on post-contrast. The extra-axial soft tissue component is markedly compressing the right cerebral hemisphere with white matter edema and midline shift.

Case Discussion

The patient is known for follicular carcinoma of thyroid, features are consistent with skull metastasis.
