Skull osteoma

Presentation

Lump on head. Stable over 8 years.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
X-ray

Frontal skull x-ray demonstrates a right parietal calcific/osseous rounded lesion.

CT

Non-contrast CT demonstrates a densely ossified rounded right parietal lesion, posteriorly continuous with the outer table fo the skull. Features are those of an osteoma. 

MRI

Small right sphenoid wing meningioma and right skull lesion most likely representing an osteoma/benign exostosis.
