Left parietal expansile bony lesion with thin borders and sunburst pattern of trabecular thickening radiating from a common center. Intact both internal and external plates with widened diploic space. No aggressive periosteal reaction. The lesion is seen mildly abutting the underlying cerebral cortex.
Case Discussion
Left parietal benign-looking expansile bony lesion with characteristic sunburst pattern suggestive of calvarial hemangioma. DD include: fibrous dysplasia and meningioma en plaque.
