SLAP tear

Persistent shoulder pain after a "pulling" injury to the arm. Normal x-ray and ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 50
Gender: Female

Very large defect at the base of the superior labrum at the glenoid rim with joint fluid tracking into the defect. Biceps tendon remains attached.
