Mild widening of the left femoral growth plate with irregularity and blurring of the physeal edges. Posteromedial slippage of the capital femoral epiphysis (the lateral edge of the epiphysis is within the lateral third of the metaphysis) in keeping with a mild slip.
Normal appearance of the right hip.

Annotated image: the slip angle (Southwick head shaft angle) which the epiphysis makes with the metaphysis is at 23 degrees indicating a mild form.
