X-rays demonstrate severe epiphyseal slippage of the left femoral head (Salter-Harris type I).

Surgical correction was performed with placement of a screw in the femoral head and neck.
Case Discussion
A 14-year-old patient presented with pain and inability to support his left lower limb after falling from a bicycle. Radiographs demonstrated severe epiphyseal slippage (Salter-Harris type I) of the femoral head. Surgical correction was performed, with a screw fixed in the femoral head.
