Non-traumatic origin of left shoulder pain - few weeks. Small nodular swelling - posterior aspect of shoulder - few years.

Slow flow vascular malformation - deltoid muscle

Few tiny calcification foci in soft tissue at the level of proximal shaft of humerus.
No bony abnormality is noted.

Tiny serpentine anechoic channels are noted involving posterior fibers of deltoid muscle. Few echogenic foci are noted within: phleboliths. Low flow signals are noted.
Rotator cuff: normal (images not uploaded).
