Seven discrete swellings in right foot present for 2-3 years.

Slow flow venous malformation of the foot

All the lesions were separate from each other. Heel lesions were on medial aspect. One lesion was involving great toe with extension into 1st web space. Two lesions are on plantar aspect of mid and forefoot.
All of them were in the subcutaneous plane. Phleboliths were noted in few of them. Vascularity was present in all of them.
Case Discussion
The patient had a past history of a similar swelling in the right leg which was excised. Histopathology of that lesion was cavernous hemangioma.
