SMA thromboembolism and splenic infarcts
Axial C+ portal venous phase
SMA thrombosis with dilated small bowel. Note two splenic infarcts, likely from thromboemboli.
Old left apical renal scar, either from previous infarct of reflux in childhood.
Incidental gallstone.
