Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

Mild diffuse thickening of several loops of bowel. Several tubular filling defects within proximal jejunum, some of which have air or oral contrast in the center. No obstruction.

Typical findings of small bowel ascariasis with a large burden of worms in the proximal jejunum and diffuse enteritis.
