Small bowel carcinoid tumor

A 46×35 mm well defined enhancing mass with foci of calcifications is present at the small bowel mesentery root, accompanied by mild adjacent bowel loop wall thickening.
Several enlarged lymph nodes with SAD less than 16 mm are also observed in the vicinity of mentioned mass.
Case Discussion
Pathology proved small bowel carcinoid tumor, the most common gastrointestinal carcinoid tumor and most frequently involves the terminal ileum, may present with vague symptoms including weight loss, fatigue, diarrhea, and abdominal pain.
