History of previous abdominal surgeries, now presented with vomiting, abdominal pain.

Multiple air fluid levels

Divarication of recti, dilated proximal small bowel loops with feces seen in the mid ileum with collapse of distal ileum and large bowel. Transition zone identified with mild mural thickening abutting the lower anterior abdominal wall.
