Jejunal perforation with enhancing collection eroding into the posterior left rectus abdominis with a thin, linear, dense foreign body.
Case Discussion
Contained jejunal perforation which is extending slightly into the posterior rectus abdominis muscle and contains a thin foreign body, indicating perforation from either a grill bristle brush or fish bone. It is important to be aware of the appearance of these as surgical removal is indicated.
