Small bowel lipoma

Oblong fat density intraluminal mass attached to the lower jejunal wall with a delicate central soft tissue density stalk. Several intestinal diverticula are also noted.
Case Discussion
Benign gastrointestinal lipomas can occur anywhere along the gastrointestinal tract. In the small bowel, they can be sessile or pedunculated, as in this case. If asymptomatic, no treatment is necessary. They may however occasionally lead to intussusception.
