Presentation

Colonoscopic splenic flexure polypectomy revealed adenocarcinoma. For staging CT.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Female
ct

Large fat density lesion noted in the distal small bowel loops (ileum). 

Multiple non-complicated diverticular diseases seen in the colon with no obvious suspicious colonic lesions seen.

A small outpouching duodenal diverticula are seen in the second and third and parts of the duodenum.

A yellow arrow pointing to small bowel (ileum ) lipoma without evidence of obstruction or intussusception. 

The mass measures -108 Hounsfield units, consistent with fat density.
