Very large noninflamed duodenal diverticulum. Diffuse dilation of small bowel with a transition point in the pelvis, characterized by fecalized contents leading into a mildly thickened loop and distally decompressed small bowel. Uterus absent. Minor ascites.

Case Discussion

Typical findings of small bowel obstruction related to adhesive disease (perhaps related to hysterectomy), with distal small bowel transition point and fecalization. This patient was managed conservatively with NG tube.
