Small bowel obstruction with multiple dilated loops of small bowel. The cause was noted as a large cecal mass which infiltrates the terminal ileum, with multiple enlarged regional pericolic lymph nodes.
Case Discussion
The cecal mass was confirmed on biopsy as carcinoma.
