CT shows findings of small bowel perforation.
- Pneumoperitoneum and intraperitoneal free fluid with thick peritoneum, mesenteric fat stranding.
- Gas and fluid collection surrounding the thick wall dilated ileum.

The discontinuity of the thick wall hyperenhancement ileum (red arrow) is surrounded by gas and fluid collection (blue arrow).
Case Discussion
This case demonstrated typical findings of a small bowel perforation.
The perforation 50 cm from the ileocecal junction and was confirmed at the surgery. The etiology of perforation was probably inflammatory.
