A 60×70 mm sharply defined rounded mass with high-density serpiginous material within it was noted at the right side of the pelvis.

Pelvic collection containing gas foci and contrast materials extravasated by a linear tract starts from a perforated small intestine.
Another hypodense fluid collection is present at the right paracolic gutter with extension into the pelvic cavity.
The right kidney is not seen.
The prostate is enlarged.
Thoracolumbar spine degenerative changes are seen.
Subcutaneous emphysema along with the abdominal wall on the right side is seen.
IVC filter is seen.
