Multiple retroperitoneal enlarged hypodense lymph nodes are seen with bilateral ovarian and uterine masses.

Case Discussion

Lymphoma was considered as a provisional diagnosis.

Differential diagnosis:

  1. Lymphoma
  2. Uterine sarcoma with metastases
  3. Ovarian sarcoma with metastases
  4. Metastases from unknown primary

Final diagnosis: Small lymphocytic (B-Cell) lymphoma.
