Fall onto the wrist. Wrist deformity upon inspection.

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Wrist radiographs revealed an extra-articular fracture of the distal radius with volar displacement. This describes a Smith fracture.

There is an associated ulnar styloid fracture.
