Follow-up scan after trauma with extensive subcutaneous emphysema.

Patient Data

Age: 24
Gender: Male

Rests of emphysema. Incidental finding of a high-attenuating structure on the inside of the patient's right upper lip.

Case Discussion

Upon questioning the patient, the structure in question was confirmed to be a little bag of snus, a popular Swedish tobacco product that's usually kept under the upper lip.
