Presentation

Left leg ulcer for 3 years with incomplete healing.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Left leg soft tissue calcifications in the mid to lower leg. 

Incompetent deep venous system with reversed flow. Incompetent perforator underneath the leg ulcer.
