New onset progressive hard subdermal deposits and skin thickening. Background of multiple auto-immune diseases including dermatomyositis, UC, psoriasis, Raynaud's phenomenon and Devic's disease.

Extensive soft tissue calcifications within the subcutaneous tissues and possibly muscles. No apparent underlying bony involvement. The appearances are in keeping with calcinosis, likely related to the patient's known dermatomyositis.
