Patient Data

Age: 70 years
mri

There is a 16 x 12 x 14 mm heterogeneously enhancing lesion centered within the volar fat of the second and third web-space. There are fluid-fluid levels within the lesion on T2 imaging. These centrally hypointense foci correspond to the calcified foci identified on plain films.

Soft tissue swelling at the second webspace with punctate foci of calcification.
