Ill defined lobulated soft tissue SOL seen at inter meta carpal regions of distal palm, extending upto the index and ring fingers, involving the soft tissue and muscles. Flexor tendos of index and ring fingers are encased by the lesion. Multiple blooming seen over GRE images, suggests internal calcification/ phleboliths.
On dynamic contrast enhanced study the lesion shows delayed heterogeneous enhancement.
