Pain and swelling at middle fingers and palm of the hand with progressive course. No history of trauma.

Soft tissue hemangioma of the hand

Ill-defined lobulated soft tissue masses are seen at inter metacarpal regions of the distal palm, extending up to the middle three fingers and less extent little finger, involving the soft tissue and muscles. the tendons are encased by the lesions. Multiple low signal T2 (phleboli) are seen, suggesting internal calcification/ phleboliths.
In the dynamic contrast-enhanced study, the lesions show delayed heterogeneous enhancement.
Case Discussion
The MRI features and pattern of enhancement are suggestive of a soft tissue hemangioma of the hand and finger.
