There is a soft-tissue swelling situated medially in the distal portion of the right thigh with increased attenuation in the subcutaneous fat.

The soft-tissue density mass on plain film represents an ovoid intermediate-T1, low-PD, high-T2 lesion situated medially in the distal thigh at the interface between the muscle and subcutaneous fat. Features are of a maturing hematoma.
