Presentation

Left thumb painless mass for 2 years.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
mri

There is a well-defined mass along with left thumb palmar aspect radial side exhibits high signal intensity on both T1W, and T2WI, attenuated on suppressed fat sequences (PD fat sat).

Case Discussion

A female presented with a painless thumb mass for two years. MRI imaging features are consistent with soft tissue lipoma.
