A small lesion measuring approximately 4 mm having an average density of -56 HU is seen in the choroid plexus of right lateral ventricle, which is likely a choroid plexus lipoma. No acute infarction or intracranial hemorrhage is seen.

Small hyperintense lesion in the right choroid plexus on T1 and T2-weighted sequences, with complete signal loss on the fat suppression sequences and blooming due to susceptibility artifact on SWI.
Case Discussion
Small solitary fat density lesion in the trigone of the right lateral ventricle, which is likely a choroid plexus lipoma. It is an uncommon incidental finding and does not need any intervention.
