Solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura

One month history of chest discomfort.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years old
Gender: Male

Enhanced chest CT scan

A very large mass occupying most of the right hemithorax, with left side mediastinal shift.
The mass is homogenous, with no septations or calcifications.
Minimal pleural effusion on the right side.
