Cough and chest pain.

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

There is a huge and well-defined mass lesion in the right pleural space, occupying the right hemithorax and causing contralateral cardiomediastinal shift. The hypovascular mass shows heterogeneous enhancement of margins and internal lobulations and septations.

Case Discussion

Histopathology findings are consistent with a solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura.
