Presence of bulky solid mass in the posterior mediastinum, regular margins, absorbing contrast agent that compresses the left atrium and the descending aorta.

Surgical treatment with removal of fibrous tumor of the left lower pulmonary ligament.
Case Discussion
Fibrous tumor of the pleura arises from connective sub-pleural and can develop from both the pleura. In most cases, it is benign neoplasms, more rarely malignant with recurrence and distant metastases.
