Mildly displaced fractures of the right pubic ring and pubic body.
Ovoid high-density mass in the space of Retzius distorting the anterior bladder contour. No intraperitoneal hemorrhage.
Case Discussion
Striking case of a round, well-defined extraperitoneal hematoma in the space of Retzius in the setting of pelvic fractures. This space is located between the pubic symphysis and anterior bladder wall. This is a common location for extraperitoneal bladder rupture.
