Presentation

Swelling in right scrotum

Patient Data

Age: 1 year
Gender: Male

Fluid collection is seen superior to the right testis. Superiorly it is seen extending along the inguinal canal and communicating with the peritoneal cavity. No fluid is seen around the right testis and epididymis. Internal echoes are also noted within the fluid.
