Sphenoclival intraosseus lipoma

A T1 and T2 hyperintense lesion is seen within the sphenoclival bone on the left side. A notable suppression of its signal is demonstrated on FLAIR fat saturation sequences.
The rest of the study is unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Intraosseus lipomas are very rare entity, in patient with symptoms other differential as chordoma, fibrous dysplasia, inflammation, or intraosseous meningioma must be taken in consideration.
