CT demonstrates characteristic appearances of a right sphenoid wing meningioma that has orbit involvement. Mass has extension intra and extra-conal with consequent right ocular proptosis. There are important hyperostosis on sphenoid wing, surrounded on both sides by mass. 

Case Discussion

Meningiomas are the most common extra-axial tumours of the central nervous system.

This case has a presumed diagnosis.
