Presentation

Proptosis of the right eye.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
mri

Well-defined iso signal homogeneously enhancing mass centered on the right sphenoid wing and. A small amount of tissue extends into the right side of the cavernous sinus without encircling the intracavernous ICA. The component within the anterior temporal fossa exhibits a dural tail as well.

No significant mass effect and peri-tumoral edema in the right anterior temporal lobe.

A mild degree of proptosis is present on the right side.
