There is a gap within the central aspect of the sphenoid bone through which a
a pouch is protruding inferiorly into the nasopharynx, this protrusion of the intracranial contents is composed of CSF signal fluid (T1-dark, T2-bright), and parts of the pituitary infundibulum and optic chiasm are displaced inferiorly 

In this case, also there are other findings such as cavum vergae and brachycephaly.
