Long standing attendee at the neurology clinic. Left flank pain. Renal stone?

Large multi-level defect in the posterior elements of the vertebral bodies.

VP shunt.

No renal tract stones.

Case Discussion

A more severe form of spina bifida, which is one form of spinal dysraphism.
