Multiple T2 small flow voids are seen with intra- extramedullary involvement of mid-dorsal spinal cord, in keeping with spinal AVM.

Spinal AVM supplied by the artery of Adamkiewicz.
On the last angiographic run, perforation of the artery with a direct myelogram was observed. No change in neurology.
