Presentation

Chronic left leg pain. Post failed surgical decompression of lumbar spine spondylosis. Spinal cord stimulator in situ.

Patient Data

Age: 45

Spinal pulse generator placed subcutaneously in the right lumbar area. 

Case Discussion

Spinal cord stimulator pulse generator is placed in most cases either in lower abdominal/pelvic area anteriorly or lumbar/ gluteal area posteriorly.
