Numerous serpentine flow void vascular structures of various size with enhancement around the conus medullaris and lower thoracic cord as well as within the thecal sac. The largest flow void structure is located at T12-L1 level (diameter around 17 mm), displacing the conus medullaris to the right. No significant enlargement or edema of the spinal cord.
