Presentation
Acute onset of paraplegia for last 7 days. History of term spontaneous vaginal delivery 15 days back. No fever. Total WBC count 7500 mcL.

MRI done on the 7th day from symptom onset reveals posterior epidural region collection of the cervical spinal canal, with hyperintense signal on T2, isointense signal on T1 and rim enhancement on gadolinium injection and blooming on Gradient Echo sequences.
Case Discussion
Diagnosis: Spinal epidural hematoma.
The patient gradually improved on conservative management over a period of 5 days. No neurological deficit at the last follow-up.
