10.6 mm x 3.4 mm x 9.0 mm intradural extramedullary lesion, hypointense in T2W sagittal section, at the level of C7 vertebral body, with homogenous, distinct enhancement of signal intensity in T1W axial and sagittal section, after contrast administration.
