Intradural extramedullary mass in lower thoracic region arising from the dorsal theca with prominent dural tail. This almost certainly represents a spinal meningioma.
Case Discussion
Unfortunately histological proof is unavailable in this case, although the imaging appearances are compelling for a spinal meningioma, which is almost certainly the histology.
