There is a relatively well defined soft tissue lesion in right of the thoracic spinal canal, which is extramedullary and intradural. It is hypointense in T2W images, shows homogenous enhancement in T1W post-contrast images, with small dural tail.

It causes mass effect causing severe compression of the spinal cord, displacing it to the left side causing marked narrowing of the spinal canal.  No extension through the neural exit foramen.

Abnormal hyperintense T2W signal of the spinal cord at the level of the lesion and distally to the lesion.

Case Discussion

Intradural, extramedullary hypointense T2W lesion, homogenous enhancement, suggestive dorsal spinal meningioma which proved pathologically.
