A well-defined lesion, iso-hypointense in T1 and T2, in an intradural extramedullary location at C2 level on the left side of the spinal canal, with mild displacement of the spinal cord to the right without signal changes. Intense homogeneous enhancement after IV contrast. It has low signal on GRE sequence.

Case Discussion
Spinal meningioma usually has the same signal characteristics as in intracranial meningiomas, but when they calcified, they are hypointense on T1 and T2.
