MRI revealed a well-defined intradural-extramedullary oval mass on the right side at the C7-T1, which is T1 hypointense, and T2 hyperintense compared with the signal of the spinal cord and demonstrates vivid and homogenous enhancement.
The spinal cord is compressed and displaced to left with myelopathy.
Case Discussion
MRI features are suggestive of spinal schwannoma.
