- Multiple, partially confluous rounded masses bilaterally (note hilum overlay sign on the right).
- Enlarged hila, possibly due to lymphadenopathy.
- Apparent elevation of the right hemidiaphragm with effacement of the right costophrenic sulcus due to effusion.
- Absence of the left scapula.
